  • Let's start with the basics: they buy cars every year, replace the old ones with new ones, so you don't have to worry about rolling a broken-down vehicle on the slopes of Crete, praying that it will make it all the way home.
  • You can also pay by cash and they won't block any money from your card, and they won't ask you for any deposit, since their insurance is with 0% excess, which means that, you don't have to pay even if the car is damaged. (according to the conditions included in the contract)
  • From the smallest to the largest cars, jeeps, automatic cars, cabrios, minibuses, you can actually find anything in their offer.

Rent a car Crete - Important terms and conditions, just to avoid unexpected suprises:

  • Pick-up and drop-off at your hotel/accommodation is possible at least with 2-days reservation if you are staying in Rethymno area.
  • Pick-up and drop-off at the airport is possible from at least 7 days regardless of the place of your hotel/accommodation.
  • Full Damages Waiver insurance no excess no risk for the renter.
  • Injuries to third part and to passengers in the car until 1.000.000 Euro, third part property material damage until 5.000.000 Euro, personal insurance for the driver (not for Bikes), fire and to the car, theft ( nesecery return the key car) ,tyres-wheels-broken glasses-mirrors, etc.-under the car (Asphalt road).
  • Under the specified conditions, you do not have to pay a deposit and no amount will be blocked on your bank card.
  • Damage is not covered when the driver is under from the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • The renter is liable to any traffic fines.
  • Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is returned with the same level of fuel otherwise it will be charged to the driver at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
  • Renting a car is only possible with a valid driving license.

    We spent a wonderful week in Crete at the end of September. In Edit's website, we found a lot of useful information for planning the holiday. We started emailing from home. She was extremely kind and helpful, we received countless good advice from her and we took part in a memorable Santorini boat tour organized by her office.     Edit was very kind and helpful! As part of a private trip, we went to Balos with a private boat, which we booked from home, but the captain canceled 5 minutes before departure because the waves were too strong and we couldn't go out. We were very sad, we contacted Edit, she answered in a short time and tried to find another boat, but no one could go out by boat that day. The sailing was rescheduled and promised for the afternoon the next day, Edit also sent us a phone number and encouraged us, it would be even better if we go in the afternoon!     We found Edit via Facebook half year before our holiday. Immediately after contact her, she was full of useful information and she was extremely helpful. Her videos helped a lot in choosing routes and destinations. She helped us to make tailor-made private excursions with our unique wishes and she organized our excursions with the help of a prepared and friendly local colleague, George, who was our driver.     The best thing that could have happened to us when we’re planning our vacation to Crete was that we found Edit and the MyCCollage website. We read a lot of useful information on her site, so it was clear that we would choose Rethymno as the base of our vacation. If you find the beach here too wavy, I recommend the beach at the port of Bali, where you can swim safely even with small children 😉 Edit helped us a lot, answered all our questions, and the restaurants and locations she recommended were impeccable😍 We also asked for her help with the airport transfer and everything worked smoothly 🙂 So I can only recommend Edit if you are going to Crete, and thank you again for everything 🙂

    I found Edit and MyCCollage on the internet, a few days before our travel to Crete. From the first moment, she helped us in everything: starting from the private transfers from the airport and back, at the organized trips, and she even handled a canceled excursion professionally. We received real and enough informations about the excursions and it was a good feeling to know that we can count on her help at any time.     We spent a week on this beautiful island. It was one of the best vacations of my life. I booked the accommodation on booking, and the flight with wizzair, both were great. I looked for a rental car on the island and I found Edit's website, where I was very happy because I was able to rent a car for a good price without a credit card. We got a little Kia Pikanto that took us everywhere. We loved it. It was clean and washed. Everything was as we discussed in the correspondence.. A minibus took me from the airport to the car, from where I could go back to the airport for my family. At the end of the holiday, the same. The operator, Gina, was very helpful, flexible and kind both in correspondence and on the phone. Unfortunately, we couldn’t meet face-to-face. I heartily recommend them! Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Edit either, but her website helped a lot at exploring the island! I'm glad that I found it!

    We were very satisfied with the organized excursions. Edit was extremely kind and helpful and paid attention to everything. If I had any questions, I received an answer via message almost immediately. Organized by MyCCollage, we also went to Elafonissi, Balos, Knossos Palace and Heraklion. The bus was comfortable and clean, and it picked us up a few minutes from our airbnb accommodation and dropped us off at the end of the tour. We got to many beautiful places this way, and I’d rather choose this than renting a car at any time, as everything was very comfortable so. We learned useful informations during the guided tours, and last but not least, we didn't have to deal with parking and driving, we could just admire the beautiful Crete landscapes from our air-conditioned bus. Thank you very much once again, Edit, for making us an unforgettable vacation.
